The Hospice is Hiring!

The Hospice of Windsor and Essex County Inc. is recruiting to the position of:

 

Coordinator, Quality, Performance and Evaluation

Centre of Excellence

Full Time, temporary (Maternity leave)

Mid November 2017 – December 31, 2018

 

This position will provide for project management support to a number of initiatives including accreditation, quality management, performance and evaluation.  The position will collaborate with staff at The Hospice to implement change processes to ensure quality and best practices that are aligned with the strategic plan, and the mission and vision of the organization.  The Coordinator will work collaboratively with the Education Coordinator and provide support as required.

Reports to:  Director, Centre of Excellence

 

Qualifications and related experience include:

  • Masters degree in Business or Health Administration, Health Services or Social Sciences from a recognized university;
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a collaborative team environment
  • Project management skill set;
  • Excellent planning, research and evaluation skills
  • Experience in change management
  • Ability to move an organizational vision to a reality;
  • Excellent oral, written communication skills;
  • Excellent presentation skills;
  • Computer proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Survey Monkey, Adobe Forms Central etc.
  • Bilingual French/English an asset/preferred
