The holidays can prove to be a difficult time of year for anyone grieving. This group will focus on discussing coping strategies around navigating the holiday season alone or with loved ones after experiencing a loss. Participants will be given resources on how to navigate this difficult time, including coping with painful emotions, handling social events or traditions, and more. There will be a brief candle lighting ceremony for those who wish to participate.

Criteria: The event is facilitated by the Hospice of Windsor Psychosocial Team and is open to those ages 18 and above, who have had a loved one die within the last year.
