The purpose of this group is to provide the components of a grief support group in a culinary setting. Participants will learn a set of skills that promote healthy grieving techniques for discovering meaning and purpose in coping with a new daily reality. The workshops include help with meal planning and preparation, grocery shopping, eating alone, and many other areas that can trigger grief.
Criteria: Participants who have experienced a death within the last year.
