This peer support group is a safe-space for people with a life-limiting diagnosis to come together and discuss topics related to their illness and establish healthy connections with people facing similar struggles. This support group is aimed at assisting people with a life-limiting diagnosis and prognosis of one year or less in establishing connections with others and developing a supportive network of friends with shared experiences.
Criteria: Clients of Hospice with a diagnosis of a life-limiting illness with a prognosis of 1 year or less.
