On Sunday, April 13th, our Hospice Spiritual Care Coordinators, Sue and Maria, will pay tribute to your loved ones during our online Memorial Service. This service honours those who have passed between January 1st and December 31st, 2024. No RSVP is required to attend, and this service is open to all.
We are honoured that you entrusted your loved one into our care, and we hope that you will join us to honour and remember them together.
