It’s that time of year once again, and we couldn’t be more excited to kick off our 21st Annual Face to Face Campaign!
Each year, the Face to Face Campaign raises funds for the Fairley Family Transportation Program, which provides rides to medical appointments for Hospice patients and families across our community.
Last year, we were excited to kick off a new, impactful addition to the program – The G.E.N.I.E. Program (Granting Exceptional N’ Impactful Experiences)! This new program offers the opportunity for patients receiving Hospice care, whether in our Hospice Residences, or in their own home, to request special trips or outings.
Thanks to our partners at the County of Essex and Essex-Windsor EMS, we have been able to provide safe and accessible rides to patients who want to attend one last family reunion, or spend a few hours at a local park, or even visit their family home one last time – creating a memorable experience for them and their loved ones.
How can you help support these memorable moments and much-needed rides?

Thank you to our Honourary Co-Chairs, Dr. Jamie Henderson, Dr. Gary Ing and Len Solcz for their continued commitment to our Hospice and thank you to our long-time friend and our Hospice Champion, John Fairley, without you, none of this would be possible.
