November Education Session

End-of-Life Care for Children and Support for their Caregivers

This presentation is designed to help caregivers develop confidence in providing end-of-life care for children and their families while offering themselves quality self-care.

Date: Tuesday, November 21, 2023

Format: Webinar – Participants can attend via Zoom either individually or as part of a viewing group hosted at both the Erie Shores and Windsor Campuses. The Zoom link will be provided upon registration.

Time:  Doors open and a light meal is provided at 5:00 pm for the on-site viewing groups

• Erie Shores Campus (107 Talbot St W, Leamington) – Welcome Centre
• Windsor Campus (6038 Empress St, Windsor) – Administrative Building
