Hospice Memorial Service – April 2026
On behalf of The Hospice of Windsor and Essex County Inc. and In Honour of the Ones We Love, we invite you, your family, friends, and loved ones to attend our virtual Memorial Service.
On Sunday, April 12th, our Hospice Supportive Care Coordinators, Sue and Maria, will pay tribute to your loved ones during our online Memorial Service. This service honours those who have passed between January 1st and December 31st, 2025. No RSVP is required to attend, and this service is open to all.
We are honoured that you entrusted your loved one into our care, and we hope that you will join us to honour and remember them together.
