ES – Coping with Grief During the Holidays

A GATHERING FOCUSING ON LIVING WITH GRIEF WHILE FACING THE HOLIDAY SEASON

Join Melissa (Social Worker) and Sue (Coordinator of Supportive Care) as they share information on grief, discuss strategies for coping with the season, and provide a gentle space for sharing about the struggles. This session will include a time for remembering our loved ones through ritual. Refreshments will be provided.

Criteria: This group is open to adults (18+) who know someone who died within the past 18 months, due to a life limiting illness.

Time: 2:00 – 3:30 PM
