Sacred Transitions:  Understanding Spirituality at End of Life

This presentation explores the role of spirituality in end-of-life care.  We will differentiate spirituality from religion, highlight diverse religious perspectives on dying, and highlight best practices for supporting individuals with compassion and respect through this profound transition.

Format:  Webinar – Participants can attend via Zoom either individually or as part of a viewing group hosted at either the Erie Shores or Windsor Campus.  The Zoom link will be provided upon registration.

Time:  Doors open and a light meal is provided at 5:00 pm for the on-site viewing groups
