Gain insight into applying a culturally competent lens when supporting diverse individuals and families within a Hospice and palliative care realms. | Meet others who are grieving the death of a loved one, share experiences and explore ways to move through your grief - all in a caring and understanding atmosphere. | These workshops are a combination of grief support group and cooking class! | Palliative Care goes beyond just clinical needs. The Hospice of Windsor and Essex County supports patients and their loved ones in many ways through our Wellness Programs and Services. | |||
