Mind Matters: An Introduction to Managing Your Mood Healthy Living: Mind, Body, and Spirit Understanding Your Grief

A three-part education session designed to help people improve their coping through managing their mood.
 


An 8-week healthy living support group geared to adults with a diagnosis, a care partner, or those who are living with grief.

 
An 8-week support group for adults who are struggling after experiencing the death of a loved one.
Criteria: Living with a life-threatening diagnosis, such as cancer Criteria: Adults with a life-altering diagnosis, a care partner, or those living with grief.  Criteria: Individuals who have experienced a loss within the last year, with a connection to Hospice services

Cultural Competence and Diversity in Palliative Care Living with Grief Hospice Virtual Wellness Programs - Volunteer Led
Gain insight into applying a culturally competent lens when supporting diverse individuals and families within a Hospice and palliative care realms. 

Meet others who are grieving the death of a loved one, share experiences and explore ways to move through your grief - all in a caring and understanding atmosphere. 

 Palliative Care goes beyond just clinical needs. The Hospice of Windsor and Essex County supports patients and their loved ones in many ways through our Wellness Programs and Services.
Criteria: Open to all active Hospice clients, caregivers, staff and those working in palliative care or a health-related field. Criteria: Adults who are grieving the death of a loved one.  CriteriaThe Hospice offers virtual volunteer and wellness programs to patients and caregivers who have had a cancer or other life-altering diagnosis within the last two years.
