Criteria: Living with a life-threatening diagnosis, such as cancer | Criteria: Ages 13-17 | Criteria: Those newly diagnosed with cancer | Criteria: Open to all active Hospice clients, caregivers, staff and those working in palliative care or a health-related field. | |||
