Participants will learn about language and terminology related to death and dying\, traditional end-of-life rituals\, and the role of traditional medicines in Indigenous cultures. The presentation will also introduce the Medicine Wheel\, highlighting the cycle of life\, the significance of the four directions\, seasons\, colours\, and medicines. DESCRIPTION:The purpose of this group is to provide the components of a grief support group in a culinary setting.  Participants will learn a set of skills that promote healthy grieving techniques for discovering meaning and purpose in coping with a new daily reality. The workshops include help with meal planning and preparation\, grocery shopping\, eating alone\, and many other areas that can trigger grief.
