Heartbeat Drumming with Janice: Drumming is fun, therapeutic in its repetition, and a fantastic way to challenge and exercise our brains (even better than crosswords!) as we get older. It is also a very effective way to “connect” with others...finding our common heartbeat. Drums are supplied if needed, limited to 10 people.
