Four hospices in southwestern Ontario will split a funding bump of $570,000. The money is part of a larger $75-million investment over three years to increase services for palliative and end-of-life care.

The Investment will increase funding for existing hospice beds by $15,000 for every adult bed and $22,400 per every pediatric bed, according to a news release from the Erie St. Clair Local Health Integration Network.
