It’s time to get Face to Face for a good cause.

For the 12th year, The Hospice of Windsor and Essex County is launching its annual grassroots, up-close-and-personal fundraising campaign.

This time, the goal is to drum up $65,000 to fund The Hospice’s transportation program, which gives rides to patients to and from the Wellness Centre.

The campaign runs from Friday to Sept. 30. Sponsors include TVCogeco, Caesars Windsor, and Windsor Chrysler.

For more information, visit www.thehospice.ca, call 519-251-2557, or tune into John Fairley’s Face to Face program on TVCogeco (Cable 11) — Tuesdays 7:30 p.m., Wednesdays 6:30 p.m., and Saturdays and Sundays at noon and 6 p.m.

The Hospice is a community-based palliative care facility located at 6038 Empress St. in Windsor.
