DESCRIPTION:This group provides the components of a grief support group in a culinary setting. Participants will learn skills that promote healthy grieving techniques for discovering meaning and purpose in coping with a new daily reality. Workshops include resources for meal planning and preparation\, grocery shopping\, eating alone\, and many other areas that can trigger grief. \n  \nCriteria: Open to adults (18+) who live alone and whose partner has died within the last 18 months due to a life-limiting illness.
