SUMMARY:W - Beyond the Plate: Cooking for One
DESCRIPTION:The purpose of this group is to provide the components of a grief support group in a culinary setting.  Participants will learn a set of skills that promote healthy grieving techniques for discovering meaning and purpose in coping with a new daily reality. The workshops include help with meal planning and preparation\, grocery shopping\, eating alone\, and many other areas that can trigger grief. This series runs monthly on the last Wednesday of each month (with some exceptions). \n  \nCriteria: Individuals who have experienced a death within the last year. \nDate(s): Feb. 25 | Mar. 25 | April 29 | May 27 | June 24 | Sept. 30 | Oct. 28 | Nov. 25 \nLocation: Onsite Only at the Windsor Campus \nRegistration: This is a closed group. DESCRIPTION:How Many Goodbyes Can One Heart Hold?
