DESCRIPTION:Onsite Only at the Erie Shores Welcome Centre.\nThe purpose of the Good Grief Café is to provide an opportunity for participants to listen and share with one another about their experiences and challenges while grieving a loved one. DESCRIPTION:The purpose of this group is to provide the components of a grief support group in a culinary setting.  Participants will learn a set of skills that promote healthy grieving techniques for discovering meaning and purpose in coping with a new daily reality. The workshops include help with meal planning and preparation\, grocery shopping\, eating alone\, and many other areas that can trigger grief.
