DESCRIPTION:The purpose of this group is to provide the components of a grief support group in a culinary setting.  Participants will learn a set of skills that promote healthy grieving techniques for discovering meaning and purpose in coping with a new daily reality. The workshops include help with meal planning and preparation\, grocery shopping\, eating alone\, and many other areas that can trigger grief. This year\, the tournament achieved a historic milestone by raising $611\,237.00 by nearly 2\,000 young hockey players from across our region!
