DESCRIPTION:On behalf of The Hospice of Windsor and Essex County Inc. and In Honour of the Ones We Love\, we invite you\, your family\, friends\, and loved ones to attend our virtual Memorial Service.\n\nOn Sunday\, April 13th\, our Hospice Spiritual Care Coordinators\, Sue and Maria\, will pay tribute to your loved ones during our online Memorial Service. This service honours those who have passed between January 1st and December 31st\, 2024.
