DESCRIPTION:PRESENTED BY:\nTaylor Wright (CYC\, BSW\, MSW\, RSW) \n  \nThis is an open psychoeducational support group for children to gain an understanding of the importance of self care and wellness. Participants will be given the opportunity to learn coping strategies and improve emotional regulation skills. DESCRIPTION:  \nThe holidays can prove to be a difficult time of year for anyone grieving. This group will focus on discussing coping strategies around navigating the holiday season alone or with loved ones after experiencing a loss. Participants will be given resources on how to navigate this difficult time\, including coping with painful emotions\, handling social events or traditions\, and more. DESCRIPTION:Onsite Only at the Erie Shores Welcome Centre.\nThe purpose of the Good Grief Café is to provide an opportunity for participants to listen and share with one another about their experiences and challenges while grieving a loved one.
