DESCRIPTION:On behalf of The Hospice of Windsor and Essex County Inc. and In Honour of the Ones We Love\, we invite you\, your family\, friends\, and loved ones to attend our virtual Memorial Service.\n\nOn Sunday\, April 12th\, our Hospice Supportive Care Coordinators\, Sue and Maria\, paid tribute to your loved ones during our online Memorial Service.
