DESCRIPTION:On behalf of The Hospice of Windsor and Essex County Inc. and In Honour of the Ones We Love\, we invite you\, your family\, friends\, and loved ones to attend our virtual Memorial Service.\n\n\n \n\n\nOn Sunday\, April 23rd\, our Hospice Spiritual Care Practitioners Maria and Sue will pay tribute to your loved ones during our online Memorial Service. This service honours those who have passed between July 1st and December 31st\, no RSVP is required to attend\, and this service is open to all.\n\n\n \n\n\nWe are honoured that you entrusted your loved one into our care\, and we hope that you will join us to honour and remember them together.\n\n\n \n\n\nIf you have any questions or concerns\, email soverton@thehospice.ca or call (226) 348-0768 and ask to speak to a Hospice Representative.\n\nThe recording is now available on our YouTube Page for those who were unable to join the live stream\, or wish to watch it again: www.youtube.com/watch?v=tpPdyC6J5I4
