DESCRIPTION:End-of-Life Care for Children and Support for their Caregivers\nThis presentation is designed to help caregivers develop confidence in providing end-of-life care for children and their families while offering themselves quality self-care. \n  \nDate: Tuesday\, November 21\, 2023 \nFormat: Webinar – Participants can attend via Zoom either individually or as part of a viewing group hosted at both the Erie Shores and Windsor Campuses.
