Teen Talk: Support and Wellness Group
Support group for adolescents to learn a holistic approach to wellness. Each month is a different topic to support with coping with a loved one’s diagnosis and/or bereavement. Some topics include: self care, mindfulness, nature, art, physical health, journaling and strategies to cope with emotions.
Criteria: For teens (ages 13-18 years old) who have been affected by a life-threating diagnosis and/or bereaved up to a year after the loss (lost a loved one while receiving Hospice services (both within the community or at the Hospice Residence). This is an open group and participants can join at anytime.
Date(s): Thursdays, 4:30 PM – 5:30 PM, Monthly
Location: Onsite Only at the Windsor Campus in April’s Conservatory
