
Coping with Caregiving

This support group is open to any adult who is providing physical and/or emotional support to someone living with a life-threating diagnosis. Themes of the group will include coping with the caregiver stress, changing roles in the family, self-care, advocating and planning for the care of their loved one.
Criteria: Adults 18 years or older supporting a loved one with a life-threating diagnosis. This is an open group and participants can join at anytime. Group requires at least three attendees.
Date(s): Wednesdays, 5:30 PM – 7:00 PM, Monthly
Location: Onsite Only at the Windsor Campus
