A male Hospice patient using a cane and a female Hospice patient using a walker, enter the Hospice Wellness Centre while a female Hospice volunteer holds the door open.

Using three vans and a group of dedicated volunteers, The Hospice's Fairley Family Transportation Program provides more than 6,500 rides per year to people who needed help getting to and from doctors’ appointments for lab tests, x-rays, and various treatments in Windsor and Essex County. Our volunteer drivers are happy to assist Hospice patients with transportation to and from Hospice programs and services, as well as other medical appointments. All of our rides are offered at no cost.

To inquire about the transportation program whether you or your loved one might be eligible for services, please contact the Transportation Coordinator, Cindy Tayles at 519.974.7100.
